Payment:
Payment is required upfront so I can pay for the materials and any tools of your product. Your payment reserves your date in my calendar too!

Allergies and Beyond:
My products are often made with foods that are known allergens, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Like any other food product, by purchasing from me, you understand that consuming food products comes with unlikely but inherent risks such as choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions.

Refunds:
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as the process of beginning your order has begun.

Price Adjustments:
My prices are subject to change due to the fact that they are based on constantly fluctuating ingredient and supply prices. Please understand that I cannot honor old quotes or product prices.

Product Photography:
I will be photographing your cake to promote the product in my marketing. If you do not want them shared, please tell me when you order.

Product Colors and Details:
All computers, phones, and monitors are different. What you see in my shop is an accurate representation of the product I provide but due to these differences, my product in hand may not look identical to what you see on your screen.

Post-Pickup:
Once your order is in your hands, what happens to it is all on you! Please be extra careful and make sure to provide an adequate environment for the product until you are ready to enjoy it. I am not responsible for damages once it is out of my hands.

Cottage Food Laws:
Your order has been made in compliance with local cottage food laws, which means it has been made in a home kitchen. My home kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.
